the burnett has a lovely atmosphere with helpful staff who went above and beyond. the location is perfect, close to attractions and some irresistible homemade treats. guests have enjoyed the food and the cozy vibe, especially in the bar area.

I stayed for one night while visiting nearby attractions. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Banchory Museum and local shops. The room was warm and comfortable, but I noticed that the shower pressure could use some improvement. the evening meal and breakfast were freshly cooked and delightful, making up for any minor inconveniences.

We had a lovely stay with the family, enjoying darts in the cozy bar area. The staff was super friendly, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly made to order, and there was enough variety on the menu to keep everyone happy.

My kids wished the rooms had more space for playing.

i recently stayed at the burnett for two nights and it truly exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore banchory, and the bar staff were friendly, remembering my drink order. breakfast was also a highlight, with a selection of tasty options to start the day.

had a great stay at the burnett arms! room was super spacious n comfy, perfect for my family. the staff were really friendly n helpful, made us feel right at home. loved the location, absolutely central for explorin banchory, with shops n pubs just a short walk away. the pub food was decent too, we enjoyed it!

only downsides were the shower was a bit outdated n the water pressure was low. it could use some upgrades, but overall it was fine.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, a welcoming bar, and laundry services. The staff helped with my early check-in, which I truly appreciated. Definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay!

During my one-night stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the hearty Scottish breakfast, which featured freshly cooked eggs and delicious sausages that set a great tone for the day. The room was clean and spacious, offering ample comfort and a great atmosphere for relaxation. the bathroom could have been better maintained, as I noticed some cleanliness issues that detracted slightly from my overall experience.

Comfortable and clean room.

We encountered several issues during our stay. The noise from drunken fights outside our room kept us up until 2 AM, making for a very unpleasant night. To add to this, we were surprised to find that we had to pay an extra £25 for our small dogs, which was not communicated prior to our arrival. this experience left us quite disappointed and frustrated.
